We're looking for an experienced crew lead who runs sealcoating and striping jobs start to finish and sets the standard for how the work gets done. This is a hands-on field role, not a desk job. You run the rig, run the striper, and own the quality of every lot we touch. If you take pride in finished work and want to grow with a company instead of just collecting a check, read on. What you'll do: Run our 550-gallon sealcoat rig and Graco LineLazer V 3900 on commercial jobs across the Austin metro Lead surface prep, crack repair, and oil-spot treatment Lay out and stripe parking lots, including ADA and fire lane markings Set the pace and quality on site, and document every job with before/after photos Direct and train crew members as we grow What you bring: 3+ years hands-on sealcoating and/or striping experience Ability to read a lot and lay out striping accurately and to code Solid command of mix ratios, surface temps, and cure requirements Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to the shop Comfortable towing a trailer Common sense, reliability, and ownership — you do it right when no one's watching Willingness to work some nights and weekends when the job calls for it What we offer: $28-$34/hr based on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to quality job completion W2 position, paid weekly — not 1099 Company truck and equipment provided for all job sites — you'll run modern, well-maintained gear, not fight broken-down equipment Steady, year-round work A real founding-team opportunity: we're scaling across Texas, and the right person grows into a lead operator role with serious upside.
