This position is responsible for providing great customer service while helping keep the front of the restaurant organized, clean, and running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately at the table, counter, or over the phone. Serve food and drinks to customers. Check on tables and make sure customers have everything they need. Answer questions about the menu and help customers with their orders. Pack and double-check to-go and pickup orders. Process payments and handle the register responsibly. Answer phone calls and take phone orders. Clean and reset tables after customers leave. Keep the dining room, drink station, counter, and other Front of House areas clean and organized. Restock napkins, utensils, cups, condiments, drinks, and other supplies as needed. Sweep and maintain the dining area throughout the shift. Help teammates when needed without waiting to be asked. Follow all food safety, cleanliness, uniform, and restaurant policies. Complete assigned opening, shift-change, and closing duties. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other team members. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with customers and coworkers.
