Shipping Team Member

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To perform the packing and ship-confirmation process of all outgoing parts shipments & kit, receive & transport products as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Maintain standard 5S expectations Efficiently complete the packing of orders Complete shipping process in UPS and FedEx systems Create kits of components for outsourced vendor assemblies Deliver kits to assembly locations both internal and external Identify and communicate missing components for kits Comply with appropriate safety guidelines and report any safety related incident and/or potential safety hazard to management Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times Focus on continuous Lean Manufacturing improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment Stand/walk for entire shift Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have:

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

This is an entry level position

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience in a shipping and/or warehouse environment Previous experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

PREFERRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or

GED REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
