Job Description

The Cleburne Railroaders are seeking fast-paced, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Concessions Team as Runners. As a Concessions Runner, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role by keeping our concession stands stocked and running efficiently during games and events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Transport food, beverages, and supplies between the main kitchen and concession stands and portables. Restock concession items quickly and accurately during peak game times. Assist with set-up and breakdown of concession stands before and after events. Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the Concessions Manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and workspaces. Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Support concession staff as needed with light prep, trash removal, or equipment transport. Assist cashiers in filling orders in a timely and courteous manner. Communicate with Cooks and Manager know when food levels are low. Other duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 15 years of age. No previous experience necessary. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Railroader's season. Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
