Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Sandwich Maker / Restaurant Shift Leader . You will lead daily restaurant operations, motivate and supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline service flow, and maintain a lively, welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills. You must learn all 4 positions before transitioning into a shift leader. Duties Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance Supervise and motivate team members, providing clear guidance and support Manage food preparation and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Toast for order processing, cash handling, and credit card tranactions Train staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures according to brand standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels Monitor dinning areas for cleanliness, restocking, guest satisfaction Lead by example in promoting a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management or supervisory roles Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Toast or Aloha POS Strong background in food preparation and food safety management Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, and leadership Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, and develop team members effectively Basic math skills for cash handling Prior experience supervising teams members
Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
