The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied. The Crew Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job. Crew Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at any given time. He/She/They will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant. Job Responsibilities Prepare pizzas, breadsticks, wings, and other menu items according to company standards. Take customer orders in person and by phone. Operate the cash register and accurately process payments. Provide friendly, efficient customer service. Stock ingredients, supplies, and food items. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations. Wash dishes and sanitize equipment. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate service. Qualifications No experience required; training is provided. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
