Front of House Staff are responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They act as the primary point of contact between the restaurant and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Seat customers and manage reservations or waitlists as needed. Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or requests. Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Work collaboratively with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
