As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your ability to work collaboratively with your team and manage time effectively will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions. Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces. Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial. Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in all aspects of work.
