Job Description
Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately and professionally Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Serve food and package takeout orders Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, equipment, and work areas Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment Assist with food preparation and ingredient organization Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Provide friendly customer service and resolve basic customer concerns Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Flexible scheduling On-the-job training provided Friendly team environment Opportunities for growth as the business expands Employee meal discounts Schedule Evening shifts (between 6 PM - 2 AM) Weekends and holidays as needed
