Tips are split evenly each shift among front of house staff, and on average tips bring the hourly earnings to $18.00-$24.00. Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and assist them in purchasing desserts and placing orders at the counter Take accurate orders using Toast POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and friendly service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the service area Learn all menu items to be able to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction Manage food safety protocols by adhering to food safety management standards and procedures Support opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and restocking supplies Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in a customer service environment is required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to follow sanitation procedures rigorously to maintain a clean environment Knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly Understanding of food safety practices and food safety management standards Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting A proactive approach to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on creating joyful experiences for our guests!
