Driving Food Handler Certification Full Job Description General Definition:

Cooking, preparing, and serving concessions food and beverage items to patrons in a friendly and professional manner at the Grandstand.

Essential Job Functions:

Preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner Serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines and adhering to all alcohol service policies Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify stand lead of any inventory shortages Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment Follows directions of the supervisor as directed Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Possess good organization skills. Basic math. Ability to communicate and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to interact positively with coworkers and management. Ability to prioritize time so that work is accomplished on a dependable basis; is reliable and committed to meeting schedules and deadlines. Ability to demonstrate initiative, including being proactive and resourceful, working independently with minimum supervision. Ability to win confidence and gain respect through consistent demonstrations of personal courtesy, tact and timely responsiveness.
