Behind the Scenes Hero of Puffy Cotton Candy Early mornings or late nights, & midday weekends At Puffy Cotton Candy, creating unforgettable experiences takes more than amazing cotton candy artists. It takes someone behind the scenes who keeps everything clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next customer. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Task Manager who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who loves checking things off a list, staying organized, and jumping in wherever they're needed. This is not a cotton candy artist position. Instead, you'll focus on the operational tasks that allow our artists to create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Each shift begins with a Daily Task Board. Once a task is completed, you'll move to the next priority, ensuring the store is always operating at its best.

Your responsibilities may include:

Cleaning & Store Appearance Deep clean equipment and workstations Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors Wash dishes, utensils, and production equipment Empty trash Clean windows, counters, and display cases Complete opening and closing cleaning checklists Organization & Inventory Fold and prepare cotton candy bags Organize shelves and storage areas Restock supplies and ingredients Rotate inventory (FIFO) Label and organize back stock Assist with inventory counts Keep prep stations fully stocked Customer Support Operate the cash register during busy periods Welcome guests and answer basic questions Help maintain a clean and inviting customer area Assist the team wherever needed Special Projects Seasonal decorating Equipment maintenance and cleaning Organizing storage areas Preparing supplies for upcoming events Completing projects assigned on the Daily Task Board We're looking for someone who: Doesn't wait to be told what to do Notices what needs attention and takes initiative Loves cleaning and organizing Takes pride in doing things the right way Enjoys staying active throughout the day Is dependable and punctual Can work independently Has a positive attitude Is willing to help wherever needed Physical Requirements Stand and walk for most of your shift Lift up to 30 pounds Bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequently Work in a fast-paced retail environment Why You'll Love Working Here At Puffy Cotton Candy, everyone contributes to creating magical moments.
