Verizon Team Member Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience, sales, or a business-related role is valued but not required for the Verizon Team Member position Excellent communication skills to engage and connect with customers Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting responsibilities Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to effectively engage with the clients and customers As a Verizon Team Member , being adaptable and flexible in assisting customers across diverse situations is a plus Full-time hours, with weekend availability as needed
