Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Carhops to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Carhop, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage service directly to customers in their vehicles, ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to customers in their vehicles promptly and accurately. Take customer orders using Micros POS systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control. Skills Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and handling. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
