Job Overview Comeback Cookie is looking for a dependable, energetic team member who loves people just as much as cookies. This role is a mix of excellent customer service, baking(occasional), packaging, and representing our brand at our cottage bakery and local events. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a growing small business, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a friendly and positive attitude. Help customers choose cookies and answer questions about our menu. Operate the register and process customer purchases. Package cookies, banana pudding, cheesecakes, and other cold items with care. Roll, weigh and bake cookies. Restock displays and keep products looking fresh and organized. Assist with setup, breakdown, and sales at local markets and events. Help keep the bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly. Represent the Comeback Cookie brand with professionalism and kindness. What You'll Gain Practical experience in baking and small-business management Training in organization, time management, and customer service Confidence engaging with customers in a positive, faith-based environment We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and genuinely enjoys talking with customers. Must have food handlers license Dependable and shows up on time. Energetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and takes pride in presentation. Willing to learn and work as part of a team. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Comfortable talking with customers and learning our sales process. Willing to learn how to confidently recommend products and answer customer questions. Enjoys building genuine connections with customers. Help setup up pop-up events Applicants must be available to work: Fridays Saturdays Sundays Weekend availability is required, as these are our busiest business days. Drive to pop up events if necessary
