Position Overview:
The Restaurant Hospitality Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, ensuring guests receive outstanding service, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant. This role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Guest Services:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.
- Provide guests with menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all guests' needs are met, and their dining experience exceeds expectations.
2.
Table Management:
- Guide guests to their tables and provide them with necessary utensils and condiments.
- Manage reservation system and waitlist, ensuring tables are available for arriving guests.
- Monitor dining area to ensure seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
3.
Food and Beverage Service:
- Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food item and service.
- Resolve any issues regarding food or service promptly and courteously.
4.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Ensure tables, dining area, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitation regulations as per health and safety guidelines.
5.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure that orders are served in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in training new staff as required.
