Caring for the complete customer experience Friendliness and ease of ordering, including online and delivery orders Cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant, inside and out Food quality and accuracy of orders Driving positive customer survey feedback and social media reviews Adherence to company and franchise policies and procedures Cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and all of the equipment Arriving for shifts on time, in uniform, and ready for work
