Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones by following sanitation and food safety guidelines. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and welcoming for all guests. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and customer service seamlessly. Requirements Previous experience( recommended )in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel appreciated. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
