This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead a team of movers, manage logistics, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key leader on site, you'll oversee loading and unloading activities, operate various equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your leadership will help create a positive experience for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Duties Lead and motivate a team of movers to execute residential or commercial relocations with precision and care Coordinate daily moving schedules, route planning, and load/unload operations to maximize efficiency Oversee the safe operation of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks, ensuring compliance with safety standards Assist with heavy lifting, packing, unpacking, and furniture assembly/disassembly as needed Ensure proper loading and securing of items using manual handling techniques and equipment like load straps or dollies Maintain clear communication with clients to address questions or concerns throughout the move process Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents during all phases of moving activities Experience Proven experience in moving services, warehouse operations, or related logistics roles Prior experience in customer service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Hands-on experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools Knowledge of route driving best practices for delivery or courier services Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods Leadership skills with previous supervisory or team-leading roles in moving or warehouse environments Join us in delivering outstanding relocation experiences!
