People who move fast, bring great energy, and know how to turn a simple scoop into a moment. Position Overview As a Scoop Society Crew member, you are the face of the brand. You'll be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service while maintaining the energy and standards that make LICK Ice Cream Creamery stand out. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and engaging with customers. What You'll Do Greet every customer with energy and positivity Scoop and serve ice cream with speed and consistency Prepare menu items including cones, sundaes, and milkshakes Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace Handle transactions accurately Work efficiently during busy rush periods Recommend flavors and menu items to customers Support your team and jump in wherever needed We're looking for people who: Bring great energy every shift Work fast and stay focused under pressure Have a positive, team-first attitude Communicate clearly and confidently Take pride in their work and appearance Show up on time and ready to go Must have 6 months Customer Service Experience/Cashier Experience The LICK Ice Cream Standard is expected to: Keep the shop clean at all times Move with urgency and purpose Deliver consistent, quality service Maintain a positive and professional attitude Represent the LICK brand with pride Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time opportunities) Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts Fun, team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities (Shift Lead, Management roles) Performance recognition (Legend of the Week, etc.) Join our team as part of the Scoop Society Crew .
