Entry Level Team Member:
As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll interact directly with customers, helping create positive experiences while supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Engage face to face with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions Provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service Assist with customer enrollment and account support processes Work collaboratively with fellow Entry Level Team Members and leadership to achieve team goals Maintain professionalism while representing our clients Qualifications of the
Entry Level Team Member :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and fast learner Ability to work well independently and within a team space Be able to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face Self-motivated with a strong work ethic As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll gain real-world experience that can help you build a long-term career.
