JOB DESCRIPTION / SUMMARY

Bobarista / Team Member — Part-Time Mochioba is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Bobarista / Team Member to join our team! We are looking for someone who provides great customer service, works well with others, and can stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. As a Bobarista / Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our beverages and specialty drinks, assisting with food preparation, serving customers, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of boba beverages, specialty drinks, and other menu items with precision, consistency, and care. Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide friendly and attentive customer service. Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a positive and welcoming experience. Assist with food preparation and service tasks as needed while following proper food-handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the boba area, including food-handling stations, beverage-preparation zones, equipment, counters, and customer seating areas . Follow all established food-safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards . Restock ingredients, cups, toppings, supplies, and other items as needed throughout the shift. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, preparation procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy . Communicate and work effectively with other team members to keep service running smoothly. Complete cleaning, restocking, and other opening/closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older Open weekend availability is required Reliable, punctual, and dependable Friendly and customer-service oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and manage time effectively Willing to learn and follow recipes, procedures, and food-safety standards Able to work independently as well as part of a team Must maintain a clean and organized workspace Previous restaurant, food-service, barista, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

No previous experience required; training is provided. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in becoming a long-term member of the Mochioba team. Please apply only if you can meet the required weekend availability.
