Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing company. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. During the event season, you'll deliver, set up, and pick up bounce houses, water slides, foam party equipment, and games. During the holiday season, you'll install and remove residential and commercial Christmas lights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working with a team, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, and pick up party rental equipment. Safely secure inflatables and ensure every setup meets safety standards. Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment. Install and remove Christmas lights on homes and commercial properties. Load and unload trucks. Communicate professionally with customers. Work efficiently with a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license preferred. Reliable transportation. Able to lift 75-100 lbs with a teammate. Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and varying weather conditions. Comfortable using ladders and working at heights. Available to work weekends and seasonal overtime. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. •What We Offer•
Training Pay:
$16.00/hour
Event Technician Pay:
Increases to $18.00/hour once training is successfully completed and you're able to work independently.
Christmas Light Installation:
Earn $25.00/hour while performing holiday lighting installations and removals during the Christmas season. We reward employees who are dependable, learn quickly, and consistently produce high-quality work. There are opportunities for additional raises and advancement as the company continues to grow.
