Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and refunds Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, especially quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to learn new technology quickly Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations Experience working in a café or retail grocery setting is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering excellent service in a lively environment!
