In your role as a Customer Account Representative, you will represent AT&T services and assist consumers in selecting the TV, internet, and wireless options that will enable them to stay connected at all times and locations. We are looking for an exceptional Customer Account Representative to join our team.

Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:

As a Customer Account Representative, you will be a professional and honest representative of AT&T's goods and services.

This hands-on sales role involves:

Engage with potential and existing customers in conversation to establish rapport and pique their interest. Provide specialized solutions according to the requirements of each customer. Inform customers about the newest TV, internet, and wireless services offered by AT&T. Help with service inquiries, account setup, and upgrades, ensuring a smooth sales process. Monitor sales activity and follow up with customers to make sure they're satisfied. Continued training and product updates will help you, as a Customer Account Representative, stay sharp.

Customer Account Representative Qualifications:

We are looking for a Customer Account Representative who is: Strong in communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment. Interested in sales, customer engagement, and career development. Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required to become a Customer Account Representative with us.

Pay:

$750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
