Responsibilities Prepare coffee, matcha, smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages Assist with food preparation and kitchen production Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take customer orders and handle POS transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and kitchen Assist with opening and closing duties Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed Wash dishes and support overall kitchen operations Work collaboratively with all team members to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Hospitality, barista, kitchen, or food service experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physically active tasks Morning and weekend availability is a plus Perks Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Supportive and creative work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Schedule Part-time Morning shifts Weekend availability preferred Pay Pay based on experience
