//www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAGd0FhBqJs&feature=youtu.be Thompson San Antonio-Riverwalk is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager - Systems & Standards role that combines active F&B floor leadership with ownership of the systems, standards, training tools and operating routines that help the department run consistently across outlets, events, and dayparts. The Food & Beverage Manager - Systems & Standards serves as part of the F&B management team and participates in regular Manager on Duty coverage for property-wide Food & Beverage operations. This is not a back-office-only role. The right candidate will be comfortable leading live service while also building the tools, documentation, and routines that make excellent hospitality easier to deliver consistently. This is a full-time, salaried F&B management role with schedule flexibility based on business needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality leader who can move between the floor, the team, and the systems behind the operation with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities F&B Floor Leadership / Manager on Duty Systems, Standards & Process Ownership POS Administration & Operating Tools Scheduling, Timekeeping & Payroll Process Support Department Records, Certifications & Compliance Tracking Inventory, Ordering & Receiving Systems Training Platform & Onboarding Tools Qualifications Previous food and beverage leadership, restaurant management, hotel outlet, event, training, or hospitality operations experience. Strong understanding of service standards and live hospitality operations. Experience leading teams during active service. Ability to write clear SOPs, checklists, training tools, and operational communication. Comfort working with POS systems, scheduling systems, timekeeping tools, payroll workflows, shared documents, and basic reporting. Ability to train managers and colleagues on systems and standards.
