Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment at our quick service restaurant. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety standards to guarantee the quality of all products served. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
