Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of commercial frames, doors, and hardware. Team members will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, the ability to work as a team and independently, and a commitment to safety. Eligible for a raise after 3 months. Responsibilities Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines. Utilize tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning of installed systems. Conduct thorough inspections of installations to verify compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding the installation process. Uphold high company standards for personal actions and treatment of others. Able to take constructive criticism in learning company processes. Experience Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A commitment to safety protocols and practices in all aspects of the job.
