This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations in a quick service setting. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately following established recipes and standards Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments with cash handling expertise Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order totaling Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Experience in cashiering, upselling, serving, bussing tables, or kitchen support is highly valued Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us as a Fast Food Crew Member and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality food with a smile!
