Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times Handle cash register operations, process cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items by suggesting add-ons or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Operate kitchen equipment safely to prepare ingredients and assemble food items in a quick-service environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service/fast food restaurant roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for retail math, cash reconciliation, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a retail or café environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the food industry while delivering memorable guest experiences.
