Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl's co-founder and COO, created Crumbl with the goal to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. He teamed up with his cousin Jason McGowan, Crumbl's CEO, and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their "perfect cookie quest" to the people. They tested their cookies one ingredient at a time, asking random passersby at local gas stations and grocery stores to try two cookies side-by-side and answer one simple question: "Which of these two cookies is best?" They continued testing ingredients and baking methods until finally they came up with what they believe to be the world's best chocolate chip cookie.. We are looking for a passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have a passion for creating delicious baked goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, following recipes, helping customers, and ensuring that all products meet safety and health standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake gourmet cookies and toppings. Follow recipes. Ensure that all baked goods are of the highest quality. Decorate cookies. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Follow food safety guidelines when handling ingredients and finished products.
