Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Artist, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will create delicious, fresh sandwiches that delight our customers! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality sandwiches, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches and salads according to established recipes and customer preferences Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide excellent service Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and throughout the restaurant to ensure food safety compliance Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils regularly to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting other team members as needed in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
