We are seeking an experienced Restoration Crew Lead / Water Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. This position is primarily intended for experienced restoration technicians who are ready to lead a crew. We are also willing to train the right candidate who has at least one year of restoration experience, a strong work ethic, and leadership potential. Responsibilities Lead restoration crews on water, mold, fire, and environmental remediation projects. Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, structural drying, and job site cleanup. Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment and containment systems. Follow IICRC standards and company safety procedures. Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and job notes. Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and office staff. Train and mentor restoration technicians while maintaining quality workmanship. Assist with reconstruction preparation and other restoration-related tasks. Participate in scheduled after-hours emergency response and on-call rotations. QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of restoration/remediation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and wear personal protective equipment, including respirators Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Strongly Preferred Crew Lead or supervisory experience
