Purpose of the Position Under the general direction of the CFA Team Leaders, this position may perform production duties such as focusing on food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety and quality. It will also perform other duties such as stocking, dish room operation, trash removal, and mopping. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position Ability to work a flexible schedule to include Saturday Ability to read and comprehend recipes, lists, and production needs Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to work in extreme temperatures Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processes are used Ability to wear protective footwear
