Job Description
We're looking for a bright, bubbly, and energetic individual to join our team. As a team member, you'll be the friendly face of our shop, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while whipping up delicious bubble tea drinks and rolled ice cream with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a big smile and a warm welcome
- Taking orders and creating amazing bubble tea drinks that'll knock our customers' socks off
- Keeping our shop sparkling clean and organized
- Chatting with customers and making their day with your friendly personality and infectious enthusiasm
- Ringing up sales and handling cash and card transactions like a pro
- Collaborating with your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
A sunny personality with a passion for customer service- Excellent communication and people skills
- A can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required Along with running an awesome Bubble tea shop, we travel around the DMV (and further) working food and music festivals, selling our best selling blended drinks, Asian-fusion foods and much more!
Pay:
