Crew Leader Fire & Water
  • Restoration & Mitigation Job Summary ServiceMaster Restore® is hiring a Crew Leader to lead fire, water, and mold mitigation projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running job sites, supervising technicians, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. What You'll Do Lead restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, demo) Supervise and train technicians on job sites Set up & monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Track moisture levels and drying progress Communicate with customers and provide updates Complete job documentation (photos, notes, logs) Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job Coordinate with Project Managers on job progress Requirements 2+ years restoration experience (water/fire/mold) Leadership or Crew Leader experience preferred Valid driver's license (clean record) Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in various conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in damaged or hazardous environments Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and emergency on-call rotations as needed Preferred Certifications
