Join a Tradition of Craftsmanship at Adams GraniteAdams Granite is seeking a full-time Sandblast Operator to join our team. We are a well-established granite manufacturing company known for quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and dedication to our employees. Experience is preferred but will train the right person.
This is a union position offering excellent wages, outstanding benefits, and long-term career stability .Responsibilities Operate sandblasting equipment to produce high-quality lettering and designs on granite memorials and monuments. Read and interpret layouts, stencils, and work orders. Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and organized manner. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Work collaboratively with production team members to meet production goals. • Qualifications Previous sandblasting experience preferred. Experience working with granite or monument manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Ability to work safely in a production environment. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
