Crewmember Location:
Bellevue, WA Compensation:
$23/hour guaranteed (base pay + tips) Guaranteed minimum — we make up the difference if hourly earnings fall below $23. Compensation may increase based on experience and performance. Sizzle & Crunch is currently seeking dependable and motivated team members to join our Bellevue location. We are hiring both full-time and part-time employees for a variety of shifts. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong values in: Teamwork and collaboration Cleanliness and personal hygiene Punctuality and reliability Accountability and responsibility Positive attitude and enthusiasm Commitment to fulfilling scheduled shifts About the Role At Sizzle & Crunch, we prepare fresh food by hand daily in our restaurants. We do not use freezers or microwaves, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-from-scratch meals to our guests.
Responsibilities may include:
Preparing bowls and sandwiches to company standards Providing exceptional customer service Operating the register and handling transactions Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Supporting team operations as needed We welcome both experienced restaurant professionals and individuals new to the industry. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you feel confident and capable in your role. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods of time Lifting and carrying items weighing between 20-45 pounds Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety If you are dependable, professional, and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
