A Fast Food or Counter Worker assists with preparing and serving food. Works as part of food service team in a hospital or other institution. or takes orders and serves food at a fast food restaurant.

TEA ROOM
Positions are focused in the tea room and kitchen. Responsible for all daily tea room operations including; opening/closing, assisting customers, making and baking desserts, prepping and serving small bites, beverage service including tea, beer, and wine. Position includes weekday and weekend shifts. STUDIO Positions are focused in the studio and kiln room. Responsible for all daily studio operations including; opening and closing, assisting customers, glazing and loading kilns, taking and preparing food and beverage orders. Position includes weekday and weekend shifts.
COMPENSATION
Starting at $19.25/hour Tip sharing - averages additional $3-$7/hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & AVAILABILITY
Extended time on feet; ability to move for up to 10 hours Frequent walking, climbing, carrying, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds) Ability to handle, place, and position fragile items Ability to go up and down stairs and ladders Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week including evenings and weekends Ability to work our busiest months, November and December, with minimal time off
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
18+ Team Member positions 21+ Primary/Keyholder positions Customer and/or food service experience Basic computer and math skills Effective written and verbal communication Food Worker Card and MAST certificate
