Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bobarista to join our vibrant café team! As a Bobarista, you will be the heart of the customer experience, crafting delicious beverages and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your coffee expertise, develop your skills in food and beverage preparation, and contribute to a welcoming community space. Qualifications Full time, or part time with minimum 20 hrs per week committed Committed to work on both Saturdays and Sundays High integrity with good attendance record Energetic and great customer service mindset Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must have a King County food worker card after hire High school or equivalent diploma, or high school student Legally authorized to work in US Benefits $17.13/hour + $2-$6 per hour in tips Paid training Potential career growth to full-time or manager position Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers friendly and professionally Take customer orders and prepare drinks Accurately process all cash and credit card payments Maintain a clean and tidy work area Kitchen duties: brew teas, prepare tapioca; taro balls and pudding; chop fruits, and cleaning
