As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This position requires a fast pace and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Prepare treat items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and dining areas. Handle food safely, following all health and safety regulations. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and other prep. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Buss tables and assist with maintaining a clean dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food handling practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
