Sandwich Artist & Bodega Team Member Bodega on Broadway Everett, WA Job Details Part-time $18.25 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Lifting equipment Retail sales transactions MAST Permit Food service health code compliance Hand trucks Moving Loading Dollies Material handling equipment operation Food Handler Certification Full Job Description We are a newly established local family-owned convenience store and popular deli, that specializes in craft beer including draft beers on tap in store as well as bottles/cans of specialty and hard to find craft beer. Our focus is to foster a community-based corner shop where everyone feels welcome and spend time and make memories while enjoying quick conveniences and good eats. Morning to afternoon shifts available as well as evening closing shifts. Duties
- Accurately and efficiently make sandwich orders (made to order) from start to finish
- Deli Prep - weighing and portioning daily meats and cheeses for the deli
- Cashiering/ Operating the POS register
- Stocking/replenishing supplies and product throughout the shop
- Cleaning/ Maintaining a clean work environment
- Operating Openings and or Closing procedures including Deli breakdown and cleaning of dining area including dishes, mopping, and other tasked duties.
- Growler and Pint fills Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to move kegs ranging from 90-160lbs with the assistance of a hand truck/Dolley and proper lifting practice
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator with temperatures ranging from 40° F to 30° F
- MAST 12 or 13 Permit to serve alcoholic beverages to patrons
