The Role On our Guest Experience Team, you are the heartbeat of our guest interactions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, efficient, and feel-good experience for every guest — whether they're at the counter, in the drive-thru, picking up curbside, or sending a delivery courier on their way. What You'll Do Greet and engage guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude — every single time Take orders accurately at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosk, and guide guests through the ordering process Barista-style beverage preparation — crafting and presenting drinks with care and consistency Assemble and present orders with speed and accuracy for Drive-Thru, Curbside, Lobby and Delivery handoffs Hand off delivery orders to couriers efficiently and professionally Assist guests at self-ordering kiosks and ensure they have everything they need Check in with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction Ensure kids receive a special treat and that families feel taken care of Handle guest concerns with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude Communicate with the kitchen team to provide feedback and keep service running smoothly Light dining area maintenance to keep the guest environment clean and welcoming What We're Looking For Outstanding communication skills — this role requires constant, confident interaction with guests and teammates A genuine, positive attitude and a great smile you're not afraid to use Dependable and punctual — your team counts on you to show up, on time, ready to go Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused A team player who communicates well and supports those around them Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance — we love promoting from within What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling to fit your life College tuition assistance High school completion programs Valuable, real-world job skills and leadership training Real opportunities for advancement into management We'll teach you our systems — you bring the attitude and the smile.
