Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food quality and safety. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. A background in sales or customer service is an advantage.
