Job Description
Front of House Team Member Yellow Bee Market & Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our Front of House team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting both our café and Asian grocery market. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in keeping things organized and welcoming, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Prepare handcrafted boba drinks, specialty coffees, and other café beverages. Assemble banh mi sandwiches and other menu items while following food safety standards. Operate the front register and accurately process customer transactions. Restock and merchandise products throughout the grocery store to maintain an attractive shopping experience. Keep the café, dining area, and grocery floor clean, organized, and well-stocked. Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary work environment. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping customers find products. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Food service, café, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
