Job Description

Bongos Café in Poulsbo is now hiring Front of House team members! We're a Caribbean-inspired restaurant focused on great food, good vibes, and a strong team culture. We're looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position includes:
Cashiers Bartenders Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude Take orders and handle transactions Prepare beverages (bartender role) Maintain a clean and organized front area Work as part of a team during busy service
Requirements:
Must be 18+ years of age Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card Valid MAST Permit (alcohol service required) Strong customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What we offer: Competitive pay + tips Flexible scheduling Employee meals / discounts Growth opportunities
