Ballard (98107).

Starting Pay:

$30

• $45 Per Hour.

Basic Duties:

• -

Morning:

Check truck & job details for the day. Gather crew and depart approx 9am.

• -Direct and assist your crew to safely protect and load the customer's items. Do a final sweep of the property before departing to ensure nothing is left behind.
• -Drive the box truck to the destination. Supervise and assist crew as you unload and place items into customer's home.
• -After the job: Make sure nothing is left behind. Wrap up with the client; ensure they are happy. Distribute cash tips to yourself and the crew.
• -Return truck to HQ.

Re-set the truck for the following day. Make a Google note of crew's hours.

What we are looking for:

• -Ability to Lead a Crew
• -Able to drive a small box truck or willingness to learn
• -Can direct a team to protect and load items properly
• -Neat and Clean Professional Appearance (tattoos ok). Smile and Good Attitude.
• -A leader who can learn how to give quotes, go on walk-throughs, and estimate jobs.
• -A lead comfortable with directing team members and training them if needed.
• -Someone who communicates well with our Operations Manager.
• -Someone looking for a real Career who wants to stay on long-term.

You should have:

• -A working reliable car to get to and from work.
• -A valid drivers license and clean DMV record.
• -A positive attitude, great smile and friendly personality.
• -An easy-going demeanor, calm, no-stress personality.
