As an Entry Level Crew Member, you'll bring Leafguard to customers by connecting with them and helping families find the right fit. Our training develops our Entry Level Crew Members' skills daily and teaches them how to represent Leafguard with confidence. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Crew Member Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to learn about their needs and provide helpful information. Assist customers with understanding account information and available service options. Maintain organized customer information and communicate updates to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with team members to coordinate customer follow-ups and maintain consistent communication. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Help with customer follow-ups to confirm satisfaction with Leafguard's services and address any concerns. Qualifications of the Entry Level Crew Member A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Dependable work ethic with consistent follow‑through on commitments. Must be at least 18 years of age. Quick learner eager to absorb product knowledge. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
