Entry Level Team Member:

As an Entry Level Team Member, you will be providing remarkable customer service by managing sales accounts and delivering consistent sales support. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. As an Entry Level Team Member, you will follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved completely. Provide product and service information to assist customers in making the right decisions. Entry Level Team Member:

High school diploma or GED and/or business-related studies is preferred Prior customer service, sales, or any marketing-focused experience is a plus An Entry Level Team Member should adapt well to new and changing procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
